Fifth portfolio acquisition expands group presence in high-growth Asian luxury travel market

LONDON, UK – January 15, 2026 – Your Travel Group today announced the acquisition of Asia Luxury Journeys, a Singapore-based luxury tour operator specializing in bespoke travel experiences across Asia. This marks the group's fifth portfolio acquisition and first expansion into the Asian market.

Strategic Rationale

Asia Luxury Journeys brings established relationships with luxury hotels, DMCs, and guides across Japan, Thailand, India, Vietnam, and emerging markets in Southeast Asia. The company serves ultra-high-net-worth clients primarily from North America, Europe, and Australia, with an average trip value exceeding $25,000 per person.

The acquisition was completed for an undisclosed sum below the group's target 6x EBITDA multiple. Asia Luxury Journeys generated approximately £2.8M in revenue for the year ending December 2025, with EBITDA margins exceeding 30%. The business has demonstrated consistent growth over the past five years and maintained profitability throughout the pandemic period.

Integration Plan

Asia Luxury Journeys will retain its brand identity and management team while gaining access to Your Travel Group's technology platform, centralized finance operations, and customer database. The company will migrate to the group's CRM and booking systems over the next six months.
